Our house at Warrawee was his first sale and we gave it to him to sell at first on a three-month trial basis due to his inexperience. We were not disappointed. He was honest, very professional and enthusiastic and got us a very good result, significantly above reserve price. This was despite the fact we missed the market peak and annoyingly the inaccurate “buyer ready search engines” put out by the banks valued it significantly lower than we wanted and eventually got.
