Her background in marketing and retail management equips her with strong skills in negotiation, presentation, and building relationships—all essential for achieving positive outcomes for landlords and tenants alike.

Known for her reliability, attention to detail, and warm, approachable nature, Monika offers genuinely personalized care to every client. Working alongside Beth Bowlt, she manages property portfolios with a hands-on approach, providing honest advice, transparent communication, and consistently exceptional service—ensuring both landlords and tenants feel supported and confident.

A long-term St Ives local and mother of three, Monika is deeply connected to her community. Her decade of work as an art tutor for a not-for-profit, along with more than six years of voluntary work supporting her local school, reflects her commitment to giving back to the community.
